Diese Daten verlassen dein iPhone nicht. Wir haben keinen Zugriff darauf. Löschst du die App, werden sie gelöscht. Sicherst du dein iPhone über iCloud oder einen Computer, sind sie wie die Daten anderer Apps in dieser Sicherung enthalten; dafür gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Apple.
Wählst du den Beweis „Augen auf“, nutzt die App die Frontkamera mit TrueDepth über Apples ARKit. Sie erkennt dabei nur, ob deine Augen offen sind und ob du auf den Bildschirm schaust.
Für den Beweis „Schritte“ zählt die App morgens deine Schritte über die Bewegungssensoren des iPhones (Core Motion). Die Zählung geschieht auf dem Gerät. Gespeichert wird nur, dass und wann der Morgen bewiesen wurde, nicht der Verlauf deiner Schritte. Den Zugriff kannst du in den Einstellungen von iOS unter Datenschutz › Bewegung & Fitness entziehen.
Die Wecker plant die App über Apples AlarmKit beim Betriebssystem deines iPhones. Weckzeiten bleiben auf dem Gerät.
Die App enthält keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge und keine Software von Dritten, die Daten sendet. Wir geben keine Daten weiter, weil wir keine erhalten.
Perky Alarm wird über den App Store und TestFlight von Apple verteilt. Dabei verarbeitet Apple Daten nach seiner eigenen Datenschutzerklärung, etwa beim Kauf. Hast du in iOS zugestimmt, Analysedaten mit App-Entwicklern zu teilen, stellt Apple uns zusammengefasste Angaben bereit, etwa Absturzberichte und Nutzungszahlen, ohne dass wir dich daraus erkennen können. Bei TestFlight erhalten wir zusätzlich das Feedback, das du selbst sendest, gegebenenfalls mit Bildschirmfoto und Angaben zum Gerät.
Schreibst du uns, verwenden wir deine E-Mail-Adresse und deine Nachricht nur, um dir zu antworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b oder f DSGVO. Wir löschen die Nachricht, wenn die Anfrage erledigt ist und keine gesetzliche Pflicht zur Aufbewahrung besteht.
Die Website perkyapps.de liegt bei Cloudflare Pages, einem Dienst der Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Rufst du eine Seite auf, verarbeitet Cloudflare dafür technisch nötige Angaben: deine IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Seite, die verweisende Seite und Angaben zu Browser und Betriebssystem. Das dient dazu, die Seite auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen.

For the alarm to work, the app stores the following locally on your device:
This data never leaves your iPhone. We have no access to it. Deleting the app deletes it. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, it is included in that backup like the data of any other app; Apple’s privacy policy applies to that.
If you choose the proof “Eyes open”, the app uses the TrueDepth front camera through Apple’s ARKit. It only detects whether your eyes are open and whether you are looking at the screen.
For the proof “Steps”, the app counts your steps in the morning using the iPhone’s motion sensors (Core Motion). Counting happens on the device. Only the fact and time that the morning was proven are stored, not the history of your steps. You can revoke access in iOS Settings under Privacy › Motion & Fitness.
The app schedules alarms with your iPhone’s operating system through Apple’s AlarmKit. Alarm times stay on the device.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party software that sends data. We share no data because we receive none.
Perky Alarm is distributed through Apple’s App Store and TestFlight. Apple processes data under its own privacy policy, for example for purchases. If you agreed in iOS to share analytics with app developers, Apple gives us aggregated information such as crash reports and usage figures that do not identify you. With TestFlight we also receive the feedback you choose to send, possibly with a screenshot and device details.
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the message once the request is settled and no legal retention duty applies.
The website perkyapps.de is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes the technically necessary data: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and details of your browser and operating system. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We ourselves hold no data about you apart from emails; the website’s access data is held by Cloudflare. Contact us at the address above to exercise your rights.
